Stress is not something to be laughed about because there are certain studies that show illness can result due to extreme stress.  If you are working hard, the stress of it all can sometimes cause you to be anxious and confused and you get into trouble physically and mentally.  That is why it is important to relax and meditate in order to breathe in and gather your thoughts.  Nowadays, people are following the trend of going to spas and have massages or to just simply relax.
